Embody is our concept as two business women who have a passion for building others up through education and creativity. We are here to create an in-person experience that may be a bit different than what other's are used to. This bi-coastal community is all about cultivating real connections through embrace!

Embody has been a vision board dream of mine for the past two years. I have been patiently waiting to find that special someone to create this with & after numerous conversations with Shelby about the topic of "community" & "embodiment" we couldn't help but dive right in.
Hey there, I am Han!
Born and raised in Reno, NV but I have made my home all over this beautiful country. I started off in the typical 9-5 job, but soon left it to pursue my dreams of owning a small business. After nearly 10 years of being a luxury photographer I have found my absolute passion in creating opportunities where individuals can come together and cultivate momentum. I found my true passion was to sit beside the leaders of this world & help them in anyway that I can.

My work is rooted in a foundation of humility. Because at the end of the day, we're all human. After years of attempting to fit into different boxes, I'm finally accepting the shape of my own. My fundamental desire is to create spaces of encouragement for people to feel safe in. Creative storytelling is my way of learning about myself, but also helping others break through their own barriers
Let's flashback to 9-year-old Shelby...when Lisa Frank was my entire aesthetic and identity. I was bubbly but painfully shy. It may be 22 years later, but I am still so much of that same little girl. I can typically be found somewhere between being a social butterfly and a cozy homebody. I love building meaningful connections and experiencing fun moments with others. Most importantly, radiating warm energy and being a light to those around me.

Embody is a verb, because it is a constant state of action. We know that journey's look different for everyone (including us!) But through the power of community, education, and a space to be creative we can make waves together.
This bi-coastal community will have meetups all over the U.S. that brings intentionality back into relationships.
