You know what it feels like when your nervous system is out of balance? Your jaw is clenched, your shoulders are tight,  feels like a weight on your chest. Your mood is all over the place, you are tired, drained, and just not feeling present in life. 

Your journey to reclaim your joy doesn't have to be this ongoing battle of searching. Mindfulness is the missing piece to reconnecting you with your mind & body to reclaim your joy. 

We seamlessly blend somatic movements, breath work, guided meditations, and various other mindfulness practices to help you reclaim your calm & balance.

This is a private two on one session that is centered around letting go of anxiety, stress, fear, people-pleasing, and anything that no longer serves you. Together we move, let go, support, &  cultivate self-awareness, clarity, and compassion. 

This can be a partner, family member, parent-child, or friend
