We seamlessly blend somatic movements, breath work, guided meditations, and various other mindfulness practices to help you reclaim your calm & balance.
This is a private two on one session that is centered around letting go of anxiety, stress, fear, people-pleasing, and anything that no longer serves you. Together we move, let go, support, & cultivate self-awareness, clarity, and compassion.
