As the sun dipped below the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains, casting a warm, golden glow on the celebration, it was time for the three D’s: drinks, desserts, and dancing. The father-daughter dance was a moment that stuck out for me. Elizabeth shared a dance with her father that was both tender and emotional. As much as I tried, the tears streamed down not only my face but other’s around me as we watched this traditional moment. Between the unforgettable speeches accompanied by the delicious food I stole a moment our two under the Nevada sky.
